The elevate Program

Performance Assessment

Our Initial Performance Assessment is the basis of every athlete’s program. The assessment consists of medical, strength, and sport specific tests to determine the athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and areas of focus for their program.

Weekly sessions to develop top end speed and explosiveness. We develop sprinting mechanics, lateral agility, and acceleration/deceleration to create a competitive edge every time you hit the field.
